If you couldn’t come to a reason to clean out your closet then do so now and help a tornado family in need. Sunshine Drapery is gathering clothing items for a family whose home was destroyed and are now seeking refuge in our very own neck of the woods. We are asking for your help.
Here’s what we need:
Girls clothing: Sizes 5t, and 6t shoe sizes 9 and 10
Mens clothing: Size 30 x 32 pants, large shirts, and shoe size 9.5
Womens clothing: Size 4-6 pants and skirts, small shirts, and shoe size 9
If you have other sizes feel free to drop those off as well.

Window coverings such as blinds and shades are great for keeping out unwanted light, but they can also pose a potential strangulation hazard to children. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission states that since 1990 there have been more than 200 children and infants that have died due to accidentally strangling on blind and shade cords. Those that have children in their home should replace all window blinds and shades with cordless products to avoid this type of tragedy. (more…)
